You would like to travel to France and you need to rent car?
France is really well equiped in terms of car rentals. There are many companies with very differents offers. We made available to you a list of car rental companies. Here are some advices :

  • Make sure you select the correct vehicle for the region you visit and the season : it's highly recommended to take a 4X4 during winter in the French Alps for example
  • Do you need any accessories? GPS and baby seats are generally available as options when you rent your car.
  • Book in advance. France is one of the most famous destinations in the world and renting a car can be hard if you don't plan this in advance. For example, don't expect to find a car to rent in Cannes (South of France) during the Film Festival if you don't book it in advance.
  • Avoid small local car rental companies. By going with the major ones, you will certainly decrease the risk of having a bad surprise.
  • Don't forget your driving licence.
