Vanuatu is made of 83 islands with very different traditions and dialects.
The republic of Vanuatu used to be managed by the French and the English until 1980 where it became independent. This is mainly why people speak French, English and also their local language the Bislama.
The people of Vanuatu are very friendly and like to share their culture with you.

- Visit the Tanna Volcano: Vanuatu has been created from a volcano. The best place to see an active Volcano is to go to Tanna in the south of Vanuatu. The Mont Yassur is a destination to go for one or two days as there's only one plane per day.
- Iririki Island: the perfect island if you don't have kids and would like to have some quiet time. The island offers a 'kid free' restaurant and swimming pool. This is also a great place to go for snorkeling from the beach. The island offers spa, tennis court, swimming pool and many more activities.

- SS President Coolidge Dive in Santo: one of the best spot in the world for diving. Visit a ship over 200 metres long in the sea for over 60 years ago.
- Bunji Jumping on Pentecost Island:this is where the first man did what we know as bunji jumping. Imagine an homemade tower build over 6 weeks and a man jumping in the vacuum with only tiny vines attached to their ankles. This is a truly breathtaking experience to see.
- Kite surfing: Vanuatu is a great place to kite surf. From calm water to very agitated one, you will find the spot you need. Awesome kite surfing schools can teach in French, English and Baslami.
- Sea Kayaking: you can take a sea kayak to go on the reef. Indeed the reef is literally few meters away from the beach.
- Helicopter ride: fly over the reef, and see one of the most beautiful part of Vanuatu from the sky.
- Spa / Massage on Iririki: On Islands like Iririki Island, many different types of massages and Spa treatment are available. Enjoy being pampered in the most beautiful scenery you will ever see.

Mele cascades
Only few kilometers from the city centre of Port Vila (capital city of Vanuatu). These beautiful waterfalls are accessible by an easy walk of 15 minutes in the rainforest. The pathway is well maintained and will be refreshing. Indeed, you will have to walk in the crystal clear water at some point. This is a great place to take a swim. Bring also your tripod to take some amazing snapshots of the cascades!
